10 Minute Meal: Avocado, Black Bean, and Brown Rice Bowl
When I got off my college’s meal plan, I came up with a few super quick dinners that could be thrown together any day of the week. This rice bowl was inspired by Chipotle’s Burrito Bowl and is one of the easiest, cheapest meals you can make.
You’ll need:
2 cups cooked Minute Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice
1/2 Avocado
1/4 cup Goya Black Bean Soup
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Follow the directions on the back of the minute brown rice and make about 2 cups. Heat up the Goya Black Bean Soup and add 1/4 cup to the cooked brown rice. (Save the rest in the refrigerator for another meal.) Next add 1/2 a diced avocado and shredded cheddar. Done!
