My First Apartment is looking to add to our team a couple of new bloggers and a photo editor. Please email your reply to [email protected].
If you want to share your first apartment experiences with our site’s 200,000+ monthly visitors, let us know why you should be the next MFA blogger. Or perhaps you have successfully survived the ups and downs of living in your first apartment and want to impart the lessons learned to the legions of new first apartment dwellers. In either case, please email us a brief sample post — 250-300 words — and three ideas for future posts.
Are you a budding photo editor with a great eye for finding images that will enhance a blog post? Are you familiar with both paid and free online image resources? If this sounds like you, please pick two recent MFA posts and email us at [email protected] links to images that you would have selected for the posts.
HOW WE PAY:
Bloggers start at $20 a post and can get up to $30.
The Photo Editor position is new, so pay is negotiable.
The payments are made at the end of each month, by check or by PayPal.
Are you guys still looking for bloggers? I know this post is from October, but I would love to join the team! I write and do photography.
We are always looking to add bloggers to the team. Just email a sample post introducing yourself and describing your first apartment situation.
We are also looking for 2014-2015 grads (https://www.myfirstapartment.com/2016/02/2015-grads-we-want-your-first-apartment-stories/) to share their best advice with the 2016 grads who are starting to worry about apartment and life after college.
Sounds interesting. I’m not an official blogger, but I’m moving from NYC to Minnesota in January all by myself and will be starting a blog based on the experience so maybe I can apply later on!
Send us a sample post and we’ll be happy to take a look and let you know if it would work for us.
