I do love a good neighborhood blog. It makes me feel “in the loop.” But I also wanted to pass on to you some useful apartment hunting information that I learned while living in the streets, hovels, subway platforms, and doorways of Manhattan – how to find a cheap place to live in the city. It isn’t a neighborhood blog – but it is about finding that space, so important for artists like me in our ever shrinking market of affordable digs.
